Mutual Engagement Executive Summary
Our guiding principles:
Respect, Connectedness, Accountability, Innovation, Quality and Professionalism
Respect is the foundation of all human relationships. At Mutual Engagement Disability, we are a trusted disability care and NDIS provider in Australia, upholding transparency, responsiveness, and inclusion in every interaction. There is something special about everyone, regardless of age, ability, status, or background. Connectedness is about all-inclusiveness, linking people with disabilities with their families and broader community organisations. We are a diverse young and old community from diverse cultural and language backgrounds. We will always be relevant, transparent, responsive, and accessible to our stakeholders. We encourage fresh thinking, strive for continuous improvement in our services and use evidence to support ongoing improvements in the lives of people with disabilities. We maintain high standards of quality services and governance.
Temi holds a Bachelor of Nursing, further solidifying her credibility as a professional nurse. It is proof of her capacity to think critically and analyse nursing practice; engage in therapeutic and professional relationships; maintain the capability for training; comprehensively conduct assessments; develop a plan for nursing practice; provide safe, appropriate, and responsive nursing practice; evaluate outcomes to inform nursing practice. On top of that, it shows her firm grip on core approaches that inform contemporary nursing practice: safety and quality, cultural safety, evidence-based practice, professional communication, consumers as partners in care, and teamwork.
Temitayo also holds a Master of Business Administration, enabling her to readily understand the business affairs of her corporation and conduct business dealings with vigilance (to secure her organisation’s business interest) while upholding high moral and ethical standards.
We know about the difficulties that COVID-19 poses. Comprehensive policies and procedures will be organized to minimize the risks created by COVID-19. In these unpredictable times, we will run the organization through online marketing campaigns to maintain a strong presence in the community, and participants will be the focus of our activities. Now that we do not have Covid in 2025, our campaign is still via our website, NDIS portal, flyers, attending expos, seminars and word of mouth. Furthermore, we will have a complete risk management system to assist us in identifying and analyzing risks and determining the appropriate steps to assist participants. We aim to help people with disabilities and will do everything we can to improve the quality of our services. These enhancements will be documented and added to the register of the continuous improvement plan.
Let’s work together to create a brighter future!
