Specialist Support Coordination
Support Coordination is essential for participants with complex needs or multiple supports. Our specialist coordinators:
- Assist with navigating NDIS plans and goals
- Build participant capacity and decision-making
- Connect participants with mainstream and community services
- Coordinate crisis responses and plan reviews
- Advocate for participant rights and access
- Ensure culturally appropriate and linguistically accessible supports
- Provide reports and plan feedback to the NDIA
