We are a small provider, and that is deliberate. It lets us know the people we support, answer the phone when it rings, and stand behind the care we give.
We listen, and we act on what we hear
We collect feedback through regular check-ins with participants and their families, an annual satisfaction survey, and an open door: anyone can reach us at any time. The Director reviews feedback every month and uses it to improve how we work.
The people supporting you
Our Director, Temi Ajayi, is a registered nurse with a Bachelor of Nursing and an MBA, so decisions about your care are made with genuine clinical understanding. Our support workers hold or are completing a Certificate III or IV in Individual Support (Disability), along with current First Aid and CPR. Every staff member completes NDIS induction and ongoing training.
Every staff member holds a current NDIS Worker Screening Check.
Keeping you safe
We document every incident, the Director reviews it, and we report reportable incidents to the NDIS Commission within the required timeframes.
The promise we stand behind
Our phone is answered 24 hours a day, Monday to Saturday, and we respond to every call and message within one business day. In a sector where “no one answers the phone” is a common complaint, being reachable is where we start.
What makes us different
We are led by a registered nurse. That means every decision about your care is made with both clinical judgement and a personal commitment to being accountable to you. See our NDIS registration and complaints process.
