Temi founded Mutual Engagement Disability Services on a single conviction: that the people who need support most are often the hardest to reach. As Director, she leads MEDS with a background that combines registered nursing practice with executive business leadership, bringing genuine expertise to both sides of the care equation.

She holds a Bachelor of Nursing, a Diploma of Health Science, and a Certificate IV in Disability Support, and is a registered nurse. She also holds a Master of Business Administration from Victoria University and is a John Maxwell Team Certified Coach, with more than two decades of experience across healthcare, disability services, and organisational leadership. She is a commissioned Justice of the Peace in the Wyndham district.

Her clinical background shapes how MEDS operates day to day. The same standard that governs nursing practice, safety, accountability, and participant dignity, runs through every team process, every referral partnership, and every service plan at MEDS. Her MBA adds the operational discipline to hold that standard consistently, across every client and every site.

A former Vice President of the Nigerian Society of Victoria, Temi brings a first-hand understanding of the cultural, linguistic, and geographic barriers that many MEDS participants and their families navigate. That understanding is not incidental to the work. It is the work.

Vidhi is a Support Coordinator at Mutual Engagement Disability Services, bringing over nine years of experience across NDIS case management, community services, and disability support training to the team.

She built her career in the disability and community services sector through direct service delivery and the training of frontline workers. As an NDIS Case Manager at Maya Community Care, she managed individual participant plans and budgets, coordinated support with families, carers, and allied health professionals, and worked within the NDIS and consumer-directed care legislative frameworks to help participants achieve their goals. Her practice is grounded in person-centred assessment and care planning: working with participants and families to design support that reflects individual needs, manages risk appropriately, and upholds dignity of choice.

Alongside her support coordination background, Vidhi has trained and assessed disability support workers, aged care professionals, and community services practitioners across multiple registered training organisations in Melbourne. She holds a Certificate IV in Disability, a Certificate IV in Ageing Support, a Diploma in Community Services, and is a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE) qualified trainer. That combination — direct participant experience and workforce development expertise — gives her a comprehensive understanding of what high-quality disability support requires at every level.

At Mutual Engagement, Vidhi brings both perspectives to her work with participants. She understands what person-centred disability support looks like from the participant’s point of view, and what it takes to deliver it safely, consistently, and in accordance with NDIS Practice Standards.

Vera is Mutual Engagement Disability Services’ Consultant for Quality and Compliance, bringing specialist expertise in NDIS standards, organisational governance, and continuous quality improvement.

She has built her career supporting NDIS providers and community service organisations across Victoria to meet the requirements of the NDIS Practice Standards and Commission. Through her consulting work, she has helped providers develop the quality frameworks, compliance systems, and governance structures that registered NDIS organisations need to deliver safe, accountable, and participant-centred services.

Her background spans disability services, early childhood education, and broader community services, giving her a comprehensive understanding of the regulatory and operational landscape in which NDIS providers work.

At Mutual Engagement Disability Services (MEDS), Vera ensures the organisation maintains the standards of quality and accountability that participants, families, and support coordinators expect from a trusted provider. Her role reflects Mutual Engagement’s commitment to not just meeting compliance obligations but also embedding a culture of continuous improvement across every aspect of service delivery.
